ROOT TO SPROUT

A GUIDE TO NOURISHMENT

FOR HEALTHY HORMONES

Root to Sprout hands you the tools to bloom intentionally.

Women are cyclical. Our bodies reflect the rhythmic flow of nature & so does our menstrual cycle. Menstruating women experience a 25-35 day (on average) cycle during which our hormones, emotions, and physical bodies shift & change.

Learning the sensational language of our bodies & menstrual cycle allows us to harness the power that lies within our womb. Understanding the hormonal fluctuations & how it affects us creates greater body autonomy, awareness, and the opportunity to live to your fullest potential.

Root To Sprout is meant to be a friend on your journey home to self. A gift from me to you – containing knowledge that has been passed along the red thread from the hands of women who came before us.

Meet Lucy

Hello, thank you for being here. Thank you for answering the call to discovering a more deeply nourished you. My name is Lucy Crowther. I am a Menstrual Cycle Educator, Psychosomatic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and continual student of Mother Nature. I walk this Earth with a mission to guide women into a more trusting relationship with their body rooted in unconditional love. I like to say ‘I am in the work of women.' I am truly devoted to being a guide for women who, like me, grew up in a confusing world in which most knowledge about our bodies, hormones, and innate biology was left out of the education systems.

It is an honor to be here & carry this torch that so many women have held with vigor before me.

It is time to remember what was lost, but never forgotten. Come back home.
